E was a hard letter for me in Spanish. Most words that start with E in Spanish are "es" words and so even though they may start with E it doesn't necesarily enforce the e sound. See all the other
Spanish/English alphabet crafts we've done!
- E es de Elefante. We made a fun elephant out of letter E's and sang "Un Elephante", one of my favorite Spanish kids songs. I actually learned this song as a kid when my mom came and taught Spanish to my elementary school class. It's a little reminder about how my mom planted the seed of love for the Spanish language.
- We followed up the craft with a book about elephants, "Elephante" which had a message about remembering and forgetting that I really loved.
Very cute! I love the Spanish alphabet words!
