We LOVE the Living Planet Aquarium. Today was World Penguin Day, but any day is a good day to visit. My little girl loves the river otters, the jellyfish and the seahorses.
Tip 1: We found out today that evening is a good time for less of a crowd.
Tip 2: Don't skip the boat if it's open. They have a basket with great puzzles and books that add an extra dimension to the learning experience. The aquarium is moving and expanding this fall but an annual pass is still worth it. Since my little girl is under 2 I just got an individual pass for $20 and added 6 months at the new location for another $10. Since we've been about 5 times since buying it and it's only April it's safe to say we're getting our money's worth.
Tip 3: There is a McDonalds a few blocks east of the aquarium on 1300 East and 106000 South that has a decent play area for all ages.
